Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Senior Architect based in Puducherry. The role involves working on architectural design initiatives, overseeing project planning and development, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. Responsibilities include integrating BIM methodologies into architectural workflows, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the timely execution of high-quality architectural projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and construction documentation.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring project delivery within deadlines and budget.
• Knowledge of BIM software and tools, with skills in Software Development and Integration within architectural processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration capabilities.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience in managing complex projects and working within multidisciplinary teams is highly desirable.
