Your primary responsibility will be to craft high-quality 3D renders that effectively convey design intent to clients and assist in project execution. Your key responsibilities will include creating photorealistic 3D renderings based on design briefs, collaborating with designers to transform concepts into compelling 3D visualizations, ensuring that all render outputs adhere to Interazzos design standards and meet client expectations, refining renders based on feedback from design heads and clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, maintaining an organized library of 3D assets and materials for internal use, and staying abreast of the latest visualization tools, materials, and trends. The qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in the interior design industry, expertise in SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and AutoCAD, a solid grasp of lighting, textures, and materials for achieving realistic output, the ability to swiftly interpret and visualize interior designs, a detail-oriented approach with exceptional time management and communication skills, and a portfolio showcasing a variety of interior design renders.
