The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience working specifically in LV/MV switchgear, control panels, distribution boards, or electrical panel manufacturing. The role requires strong technical knowledge, process expertise, and the ability to lead high-performance production teams in a precision-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead complete production operations for LV/MV switchgear and panel assembly lines. Ensure compliance with IEC standards, electrical design specifications, and switchgear assembly requirements. Plan production schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure on-time delivery of panels and switchgear units. Drive productivity improvements using lean tools, value-stream mapping, and zero-defect initiatives. Oversee wiring, busbar fabrication, panel assembly, testing processes, and quality inspections. Manage coordination with design, engineering, procurement, and QA/QC teams for smooth workflow. Ensure quality parameters such as dielectric tests, high-voltage tests, routine tests, and FAT are met. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for defects or rework. Manage shop-floor manpower, technicians, and supervisors with effective leadership. Maintain production documentation, build sheets, BOMs, routing, and process sheets. Ensure all safety protocols related to electrical equipment handling and testing are strictly followed. Ability to interpret electrical schematics, GA drawings, SLDs, and wiring diagrams. Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, quality tools, and process improvement. Strong team management, communication, and analytical skills. Preferred Background: Experience in companies manufacturing switchgear, control panels, MCCs, PCCs, DBs, ATS/AMF panels, or electrical assemblies.
