Role & responsibilities

Core HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee
core HR operations
, including onboarding, induction, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes.
Lead
people management initiatives
, ensuring employee productivity, discipline, grievance handling, and workforce harmony.
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks aligned with organizational goals and local labor regulations.
Provide strong
IR support
, including conflict resolution, issue escalation management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive HR audits, documentation, statutory compliance, and policy updates.
Design and execute
employee development programs
, training initiatives, and performance improvement plans.
Collaborate with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent retention, and organizational development.
Maintain accurate HR data, dashboards, and MIS reports for management review.

Required Skills & Experience

56 years of experience in
Core HR / HR Operations / IR
within the industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and compliance norms.
Excellent communication, conflict management, and stakeholder-handling skills.
Proven experience managing teams and driving HR initiatives independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving capability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Certifications in HR/IR will be an added advantage.
