Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the organizations staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.

- Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and internal platforms.

- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) records.

- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.

- Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in [specific industry, if applicable].

- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, AIRS).
