Job Description

The person shall be taking care of locations which come under the Rest of Karnataka location and his major focus would be generating revenue from the respective branches. Team handling, and proper co-ordination among the team. Business Growth & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to grow the broking business in the assigned cluster. Drive acquisition of new clients retail and HNI – for equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other financial products. Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of Area Managers, Relationship Managers, and Business Development Executives. Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure achievement of individual and team targets. Channel Development: Identify and onboard sub-brokers, authorized persons, and franchise partners. Strengthen the existing partner network and ensure consistent productivity. Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve escalated issues and ensure prompt service delivery. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and internal compliance policies. Monitor and control risk exposures across the region. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
