Account Assistance: Guide clients through the account opening process, assist with login issues, and troubleshoot technical problems related to trading platforms and online accounts. 5. Information Sharing: Keep clients informed about market updates and relevant news/ regulations/ process that may impact their investments. 6. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to trade execution, account discrepancies, and any other concerns raised by clients. Collaborate with other departments, such as trading, compliance, and operations, to find effective solutions. 7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all communications and interactions with clients adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards, maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. 8. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using customer relationship management (CRM) software. 9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry knowledge, market trends, and the brokerage firm's products and services to provide informed and high-quality support to clients. 10. Feedback and Improvement: Collect and report client feedback to the management team. Suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer service experience.
