Job Description


To facilitate the client onboarding, client servicing, order origination & order management; To maintain client records.

Key Responsibilities

- PMS client onboarding

- Training & assisting Monarch branch executives/investment advisors in onboarding of PMS clients.

- Trade origination and order management, facilitating data flow between broker as well as custodian for data/trade logging

- Developing and maintaining the required data/records

- Client servicing and solving client queries

Qualifications

Graduate preferably with post graduate degree in Finance/ Marketing

Experience

>=2 Years in back-office operations, data handling and record keeping; Client onboarding experience will be an added advantage

Functional Competencies

Proficiency in basic data handling tools like Excel, Experience in eKYC, digital onboarding of clients

Excellent Communication (both oral & written) and interpersonal skills.

Behavioral Competencies

Team player; Self-motivated
