A driven and detail-oriented professional to support the operations execution and vendor management efforts for setting up Monarch Fund House. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mutual fund operations and should be comfortable handling multiple external stakeholders, coordinating documentation, and driving timelines across regulatory, operational, and commercial engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with external service providers (custodians, RTAs, auditors, compliance consultants, fund accountants, trustees, etc.)
Track deliverables, contracts, and onboarding documentation
Liaise with internal stakeholders (tech, compliance, legal, finance) to ensure alignment on AMC setup timelines
36 years of experience in mutual fund/AMC operations, vendor management, or compliance support
Strong understanding of mutual fund industry ecosystem (SEBI regulations, AMC infra requirements, third-party services)
Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
