Sales and Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with
client captives and key customers
Handle
BFSI client accounts
, ensuring seamless collaboration with
leading audit firms
Lead
staffing engagements
and successfully secure contracts across BFSI clients
Drive
new client acquisition
through market outreach and relationship building
Act as the
primary point of contact
for assigned client accounts
Work closely with
delivery partners and internal delivery teams
to ensure smooth execution
Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain
high customer satisfaction levels
Oversee client locations and ensure
optimal team performance and productivity
Support account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Travel as required for
client meetings, business development, and relationship management

Required Skills & Experience

7 to 15 years of experience in
Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
Strong background in
Staff Augmentation and Recruitment Services
Proven experience handling
BFSI clients and client captives
Hands-on experience in
client handling, staff engagement, and account growth
Demonstrated ability in
new client acquisition and deal closures
Experience working with
delivery partners and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to
travel as required
