  opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Act as a

  single point of contact

  for customer issues and feedback, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Create & execute

  strategic account plans

  to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Provide

  market insights

  by staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to deliver seamless solutions.
  
• Ensure 100% compliance with

  CAF/Customer Documentation

  and timely

  payment collection

  Role & responsibilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education

  : Graduate, preferably MBA.

• Experience

  : Minimum 3 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client-facing roles.

• Industry Preference

  : Telecom, ISP, or Technology sector.
