Electrical Maintenance Technician

Machine Maintenance Execute Preventive Maintenance as per the plan and schedule; ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out. To work along with the team to reduce breakdown occurrence, improve Mean time between failure and Mean time to repair. Execute routine preventive maintenance, up-dation of preventive maintenance checklists, TBM activities and support calibration of all machineries in FAB shop. Maintain history of machines with details of works executed and requirements Perform root cause analysis and improve machine performance. Implementation of low-cost automations, continuous improvement projects. Active participation in TPM initiatives across the plant and improve PM pillar performance Execute small improvements to improve MTTR and MTBF. Key Deliverables Meeting the departmental KPI targets Cost savings through various measures Qualification Required: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering 5 ~ 10 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance Electrical Knowledge / Skills: CNC machine troubleshooting PLC machine troubleshooting Knowledge in control systems and machine elements Horizontal Machining Centers, VMC, VTLs, Gear cutting machines, grinding machines, Grinding Machines, SPMs, heat treatment furnaces, EOT cranes, hydraulic presses. Basic Knowledge on electrical substation, compressors, DG sets Knowledge on panel wiring, electrical circuit modifications with hands on experience.
