Location: Near Singanallur- Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

• Solar Product Maintenance & Repairs:
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on solar power systems, including solar panels, UPS systems, batteries, inverters, and stabilizers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in solar power systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Field Service & Installations:
• Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair solar systems, including inverters, batteries, and solar panels.
• Ensure installations comply with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Test installed systems to verify proper functionality.
• System Monitoring & Optimization:
• Monitor the performance of solar systems and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Perform system upgrades or replacements as needed to increase system efficiency and lifespan.
• Preventive Maintenance:
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on solar products to avoid system failures.
• Replace or repair components (such as batteries, inverters, or stabilizers) that show signs of wear or malfunction.
• Electrical Troubleshooting & Diagnosis:
• Diagnose issues with electrical components like solar inverters, battery banks, and UPS systems.
• Use specialized tools to identify and resolve problems, ensuring minimal downtime for the customer.
• Customer Interaction & Support:
• Provide clear communication with customers regarding system performance, maintenance requirements, and troubleshooting.
• Offer guidance on how to operate and maintain solar systems efficiently.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Follow all electrical and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and customers.
• Adhere to industry standards for solar products and installations.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and time sheets.
• Record the status of solar systems, repairs made, and parts replaced.
• Report any ongoing issues or potential system upgrades to the project manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates only.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years old.
• Location: Local candidates preferred (Coimbatore).
• Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel to field locations for service and installations.
• Availability: Immediate joiners only.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the maintenance and servicing of solar products, including UPS systems, inverters, batteries, stabilizers, and solar panels.
• Prior experience in electrical maintenance or working with renewable energy products is highly desirable.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical certifications in electrical maintenance, solar systems, or renewable energy technologies are preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, UPS systems, and battery storage.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and circuit diagrams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and solar power components.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and practices.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage field service requests effectively.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to handle physical tasks, such as lifting heavy equipment, working at heights (for solar panel installations), and handling tools safely.
