2–3 years of experience in Quality Control in the food industry. Strong knowledge of Food Safety Standards , including GHP, GMP, and HACCP . Hands-on experience in ISO (22000/9001) and HACCP documentation , record maintenance, and compliance. Ability to perform basic quality analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Experience in maintaining hygiene and sanitation as per company and regulatory standards. Skilled in sampling, inspection, testing, and documentation as per procedures. Knowledge of deviation handling, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) . Ability to ensure compliance with internal quality guidelines and regulatory requirements. Understanding of quality testing methods , sensory evaluation, and data recording. Ability to coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and QA teams to ensure product quality. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
