Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the

  Sales and Design Engineering

  teams to develop customized technical solutions for clients.
• Analyze customer requirements, specifications, and tender documents to design appropriate HVAC/Refrigeration systems.
• Prepare and deliver

  technical presentations

  , proposals, and cost estimates.
• Conduct

  product demonstrations

  and respond to RFPs/RFQs with detailed technical and commercial inputs.
• Liaise with internal teams for feasibility checks, pricing, and project timelines.
• Maintain strong communication with existing and potential clients to build trust and technical credibility.
• Support the Sales team in negotiations by providing

  technical justifications and system comparisons

  .
• Track competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies to strengthen solution offerings.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).

• 3-6 years of pre-sales or application engineering experience

  in HVAC/Refrigeration or related industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of

  refrigeration systems, chillers, compressors, and heat exchangers

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office

  for proposal preparation and system layouts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
