Pre-Sales Specialist

**Role Overview:** As a Pre-Sales Specialist focusing on the US Insurance industry in Bangalore, your role will involve designing and implementing innovative business solutions across Commercial Lines (CL), Personal Lines (PL), and Employee Benefits (EB) within the insurance sector. Your expertise in the Broker Value Chain and regulatory frameworks will be crucial in delivering value-driven solutions to enterprise clients in the US BFSI sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze insurance operations in CL, PL, and EB to identify areas for process optimization and solution development. - Lead the design of solutions for various processes like Lead Generation, Policy Servicing, Claims, Accounting, Renewals, and QA for Retail P&C carriers and brokers. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and create scalable, compliant solutions. - Develop solution blueprints, capability models, and process flows utilizing industry-standard tools. - Conduct pre-sales engagements by presenting insurance-specific solutions and demonstrations, collaborating with product, delivery, and business departments. - Translate domain requirements into functional specifications, serving as a bridge between business and technology teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in the BFSI domain, with a focus of at least 5 years on US insurance (CL, PL, EB). - Proven track record in pre-sales solutioning for US Insurance clients, particularly across broker and carrier ecosystems. - Thorough understanding of insurance processes such as endorsements, policy administration, renewals, and commissions. - Proficiency in business process mapping, customer journey modeling, and insurance analytics. - Strong skills in MS Office, including developing capability presentations, pitch decks, and proposals. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities. **Additional Company Details:** N/A,
