Skills & Qualifications:

    3+ years of proven experience in payroll pre-sales and lead generation.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence client decisions positively.
  • Independence:

    Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
  • Payroll Expertise:

    Comprehensive understanding of payroll services, processes, and solutions.
