Pre-Sales Specialist

As a Pre-Sales Specialist at Canvas and Keys, you are the first voice a potential customer hears and often the reason they trust us enough to explore further. Your role is critical in qualifying leads, warming them up, and ensuring they are ready for a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement & Qualification

• Initiate conversations with incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Understand customer needs, timelines, and budget preferences.
• Qualify leads and ensure they are a good fit before handing them over to the sales team.

Follow-Up & Relationship Building

• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups to maintain lead interest and engagement.
• Track every conversation and update lead statuses using CRM tools.

Collaboration with Sales Team

• Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure smooth handovers.
• Keep the team informed about any client-specific insights gathered during early conversations.

Who You Are:

• 0–2 years of experience in a pre-sales, telecalling, or lead engagement role. Freshers can apply
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and managing WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Organized and proactive in maintaining lead pipelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
