Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on employee experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated ability to drive change and execute initiatives.
