Pre-Sales Specialist

Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will be a key player in the sales process, collaborating closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and present proposals that highlight the value of our services. Your technical expertise, communication skills, and experience with RFIs and RFPs will be crucial in demonstrating the benefits of our offerings to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads, conduct needs analysis, and design solutions that address customer requirements - Provide technical support during the sales process, assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs, and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations - Develop and maintain high-quality sales materials, create technical proposals, and stay updated with industry trends - Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and create comprehensive responses, align solutions with product capabilities, and support in closing deals - Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions, track and report on pre-sales activities and outcomes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field - Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering role - Strong technical acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in creating high-quality sales documentation, responding to RFIs and RFPs, and building strong customer relationships - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Note: Employee Benefits include Group Medical Insurance, Cab facility, Meals/snacks, and Continuous Learning Program.,
