About Bautomate

Pre-Sales Specialist

Role Overview

technical presentations, product demos, RFP/RFI responses, and solution proposals

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales team to understand client requirements and prepare tailored solution proposals
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and workshops for prospects across global markets
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design solutions aligned with client expectations
  • Draft and deliver 

    RFI/RFP responses, technical documentation, and presentations

  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to strengthen sales strategy
  • Act as a subject matter expert, showcasing Bautomate’s capabilities and value proposition
  • Support end-to-end pre-sales cycle to maximize conversion rate and revenue generation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience in 

    pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis

     (preferably in SaaS/IT Automation)
  • Strong understanding of 

    B2B sales process, AI/ML, RPA, and process automation solutions

  • Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Experience working with 

    global clients (US, UK, EMEA, APAC, Middle East)

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to enterprise automation platforms or workflow orchestration tools
  • Experience with 

    process discovery, solution design, and business case building

  • Technical background or understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture
