Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the sales team to qualify leads and understand customer requirements
  • Prepare RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution documents
  • Create reusable sales templates, pitch decks, and presentations
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution workshops
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design feasible solutions
  • Support pricing, commercials, and deal structuring
  • Perform competitor research and market analysis
  • Maintain CRM entries (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot)

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of Pre-Sales or IT Consulting experience
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong knowledge of IT Services, SaaS, or Cloud solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, cloud, or networking is an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business; MBA preferred
