Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing CRM strategies, handling customer inquiries, supporting the sales team, and managing projects to improve customer relationship management processes.
