Role & responsibilities

Core HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end
HR operations
, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and exit formalities.
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
, culture-building activities, and HR programs focused on retention and workforce motivation.
Develop, implement, and update
HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
aligned with industry best practices.
Partner with leadership to manage
workforce planning
, organizational development, and talent initiatives.
Resolve employee concerns through effective
grievance handling
, conflict resolution, and transparent communication.
Ensure compliance with all
labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR standards
.
Track and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially technical departments, to ensure HR support aligns with business needs.

Required Experience & Skills

6 - 8 years of HR experience in
technology, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
.
Strong knowledge of
people management, HR policies, talent operations, and statutory compliance
.
Proven experience in performance management frameworks, employee relations, and organizational HR processes.
Excellent communication, empathy, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Passion for employee development, culture building, and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

MBA in Human Resources.
Experience working with fast-growing technology/engineering teams is an added advantage.
