Role Overview

AI-powered creative tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Social Media Management

    • Manage and update the company website regularly with new content, blogs, and product updates.
    • Actively manage and grow Refroids

      LinkedIn page

      through frequent posts, campaigns, and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Collateral

    • Develop high-quality marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, and event materials.
    • Use

      AI tools for rapid turnaround

      of graphics, short videos, and visuals.
    • Write clear, technically accurate content that resonates with a data center / technology audience.
  • Events & Campaigns

    • Support preparation and execution of industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
    • Coordinate campaigns, measure impact, and ensure brand consistency.
  • CRM & Analytics

    • Own CRM administration, campaign tracking, and reporting.
    • Generate insights and dashboards for sales and leadership teams.
  • Market Intelligence & Learning

    • Stay updated on AI marketing tools, digital platforms, and best practices.
    • Continuously upgrade skills to ensure Refroid’s marketing is at the cutting edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Science, Engineering, or Technology

    preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in

    digital marketing for technology / B2B companies

    (not edtech, real estate, or FMCG).
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B digital channels, content marketing, and campaign execution

    .
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as:
    • ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai

      (content creation)
    • MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly

      (graphics & creatives)
    • Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia

      (short-form video generation)
  • Familiarity with traditional marketing tools:
    • HubSpot / Zoho CRM / Salesforce

      (CRM & reporting)
    • WordPress / Webflow

      (website management)
    • MS PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite

      (presentations & collateral)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and generate insights.
  • Independent, self-driven, and able to handle projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and visual storytelling.
