The Finance and Accounts department is requesting the recruitment of 1 Assistant/Deputy Manager and 2 Executive/Senior Executive positions. These individuals will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the companys financial reporting, statutory compliance, and regulatory adherence, covering key areas such as Annual Accounts, MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) Compliance, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Compliance, Income Tax, GST (Goods and Services Tax), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and other statutory obligations. Furthermore, these roles will involve managing the company\u2019s credit facilities for real estate investments, ensuring timely and compliant credit applications and documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assistant/Deputy Manager (Accounts and Finance): Annual Accounts: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure statutory compliance, assist with the Statutory Audit process, and generate financial reports. MCA Compliances (ROC): Prepare and file statutory forms (e.g., ADT-1, MGT-7, AOC-4, LLP forms), manage charge filings, and ensure compliance for Section 8 company. CSR Compliances: Maintain and manage CSR fund records, prepare and file CSR reports, and ensure compliance with CSR regulations. Income Tax: Prepare and file advance tax calculations, income tax returns, address tax notices, and resolve tax-related issues. GST Compliance: Prepare and file monthly GST returns, reconcile turnover with GSTR 2A/2B, and manage GST notices. TDS Compliance: Review TDS calculations, prepare and file TDS statements, and resolve TDS-related issues. Other Financial and Statutory Responsibilities: Verify daily receipts and payments, assist with inter-corporate deposit reconciliations, and monitor statutory litigations. Credit Facilities for Real Estate: Managing credit facility relationships, ensuring compliance with all lending and regulatory requirements. Maintain records and documentation for all credit-related processes. Executive/Senior Executive (Accounts and Finance): Annual Accounts: Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, prepare depreciation workings, and support the Statutory Audit process. Income Tax Compliance: Assist with advance tax calculations, income tax return filings, and respond to tax notices and assessments. GST Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly GST returns, turnover reconciliation, and resolve GST-related notices. MCA Compliances: Help in filing statutory forms (e.g., ADT-1, MGT-7, AOC-4), maintain board resolutions and minutes, and support Section 8 company compliance. CSR Compliance: Assist in maintaining CSR fund records, preparing reports, and filing CSR-related forms. TDS Compliance: Help in the preparation and distribution of TDS statements, resolve TDS-related issues, and assist in managing TDS notices. Credit Facilities for Real Estate: Assist in preparing documentation for credit facility applications and ensure compliance with financial institutions\u2019 lending processes. Requirements SKILL SET REQUIRED Assistant/Deputy Manager (Accounts and Finance): Qualifications: CA (Final) / CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience: 3-5 years in statutory compliance, accounting, and financial reporting. Skills: o Expertise in IGAAP, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other statutory regulations. o Proficiency in accounting software and statutory filing systems. o Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. o Knowledge of credit facilities for real estate is a plus. Executive/Senior Executive (Accounts and Finance): Qualifications: CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or statutory compliance, particularly in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and MCA filings. Skills: o Understanding of IGAAP, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other statutory regulations. o Proficiency in accounting software and statutory filing systems. o Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. o Exposure to credit facility for real estate would be advantageous.

Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications Education: A Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Business, or Management is preferred. Experience: 24 years of experience in a call auditing or sales quality assurance role, preferably in the real estate or telecalling sector. Domain knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including sales processes, property listings, and client interactions. Analytical skills: Excellent analytical, listening, and problem-solving abilities to accurately assess call quality and derive actionable insights. Technical proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with CRM and call recording/telephony systems. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and respectful feedback. Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent observation skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
