Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Facilities:

  • Coordinate conferences, meetings, events, and office gatherings.
  • Manage housekeeping, pantry, security, electricians, and office support staff.
  • Oversee office repairs, layout changes, furniture, and air conditioning.
  • Handle mobile connections, landline, electricity bills, and office stationery procurement.
  • Maintain inventory for office supplies.
  • Arrange travel (hotels, cabs) for senior employees and guests.
  • Ensure timely availability of visiting cards for employees.

Compensation & Benefits Management:

  • Manage attendance, wages, and payroll for off-roll employees.
  • Handle safety programs, worker compensation claims, and compliance (CLRA, PF, ESI, Bonus, LWF).
  • Share monthly MIS with HOD and track grievances or disciplinary actions.

Payroll Audit & Compliance:

  • Resolve payroll audit queries and implement audit recommendations in HR practices.

Bills & Payments Management:

  • Verify and consolidate all admin bills before submission to Finance.
  • Maintain MIS for all bills and payments.

Health & Safety:

  • Implement workplace safety measures, create safety awareness, and maintain hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in administration, payroll, and facility management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance, labor laws, and office administration processes.
