Role & responsibilities Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes , ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements. Handle onboarding and induction activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Manage and monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination in alignment with company policies. Lead and supervise team operations , ensuring productivity, discipline, and performance excellence. Maintain effective resource allocation and utilization across departments. Coordinate and support sales reporting , ensuring accurate updates and timely communication to management. Ensure adherence to all HR and administrative policies , maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Assist in the preparation of employee records, reports, and performance tracking documentation. Foster a positive and professional work environment , promoting collaboration and accountability. Support management in strategic planning, event organization, and employee engagement initiatives . Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or team management. Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll processes, and compliance procedures . Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills . Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and reporting systems . Ability to handle multiple responsibilities , meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision. A proactive problem-solver with strong leadership and people management skills . Must be organized, detail-oriented , and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
