Investor Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support investor relations efforts in collaboration with the CFO. This role involves managing communication with institutional investors and analysts, coordinating investor events, and ensuring transparency and compliance in all public disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the company and institutional investors, analysts, and market participants.
  
• Support the CFO in preparing earnings materials, press releases, and strategic investor communications.
  
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows; compile post-event feedback and summaries.
  
• Ensure the accuracy of all disclosed financial and strategic information.
  
• Conduct investor targeting and desktop analysis to expand shareholder base.
  
• Support capital markets activities, including fundraising and M&A.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather timely, accurate business insights.
  
• Work with PR to maintain up-to-date, compliant investor-facing content.
