Investor Relations Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Investor Communication

• Prepare and manage quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.
  
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls.
  
• Respond to investor inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and transparent information.
  

Market Intelligence

• Monitor analyst reports, peer performance, and industry trends.
  
• Provide insights and feedback to senior management on investor perceptions and market expectations.
  

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all investor communications comply with SEBI listing rules and disclosure requirements.
  
• Partner with legal and compliance teams on regulatory filings, reports, and public announcements.
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media.
  
• Manage shareholder communication, AGMs, and investor-related events.
  
• Oversee and update the company's investor relations website and communication platforms.
  

DESIRED PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
  
• Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and investor expectations.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both
