Job Description

The Blending Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring blending machines to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality production runs. The role requires strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and hygiene standards while maintaining proper documentation and production reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, set up, and adjust blending machines for production runs according to production plans.
Monitor the blending process to ensure compliance with quality, efficiency, and accuracy standards.
Maintain production documentation and generate reports as required.
Ensure optimal manpower utilization while maintaining consistent product quality.
Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and ensure personal and machine safety.
Follow SOPs for all blending operations and maintain process discipline.
Identify and report machine malfunctions or deviations in process parameters promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
