Chief Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:

  Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for top-tier talent in Python, AI/ML, and React. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals. Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and industry professionals to enhance the talent pipeline. Conduct interviews, manage candidate assessments, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Leadership & Strategy:

  Provide strategic leadership on HR initiatives to support company growth and organizational development. Mentor and guide HR team members, developing their skills and enhancing their contributions to the business. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive long-term HR strategies that contribute to organizational success.

• Experience:

  Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in an HR leadership role, particularly in tech-centric companies. Proven expertise in hiring developers with specialized skills in Python, AI/ML, and React. Strong background in HR operations, including managing recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and compliance.

• Recruitment & Talent Management:

  Deep understanding of the tech talent market, with the ability to attract and retain high-quality candidates in highly competitive fields. Demonstrated success in building strong talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and using data-driven strategies to inform hiring decisions.

• HR Operations & Policies:

  Strong experience in managing HR systems, processes, and policies, ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization. Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and regulatory requirements in India. Leadership & People Management: Proven track record of leading, motivating, and mentoring HR teams. Ability to build trust and credibility with leadership, employees, and external stakeholders. Experience in conflict resolution and fostering a healthy work environment.

• Cultural Sensitivity & Inclusion:
