About the Role:

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture building, and retention programs.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, HR compliance, and policy formulation.
  • Partner with business heads to support expansion and operational excellence.
  • Ensure alignment between HR practices and organizational goals across multiple locations.


Requirements:

  • 10–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Strong background in

    Retail, QSR, Hospitality, or Luxury Retail

    sectors.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven track record of leading HR transformation and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
