Key Responsibilities

  • People Strategy & Leadership:

  • Define and drive the overall people strategy aligned with business growth, culture, and long-term goals.
  • Partner with the leadership team to strengthen organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

  • Build and scale recruitment strategies for key roles across business and tech functions.
  • Strengthen the employer brand to attract top startup and corporate talent.
  • Performance, Culture & Engagement:

  • Develop and implement high-performance frameworks, OKRs, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Champion an inclusive, transparent, and ownership-driven culture aligned with startup agility.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

  • Design competitive and scalable C&B structures, including ESOP frameworks.
  • Benchmark and align compensation to market and investor expectations.
  • Learning, Development & Leadership Building:

  • Create leadership development and succession planning programs to nurture internal talent.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Strengthen HR systems, data, and processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
