You have an exciting opportunity to join as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at a premier specialty hospital for women and newborns in Hyderabad. As the CHRO, your role will be crucial in shaping and executing HR strategies that are aligned with the hospital's goals and vision. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute HR strategies that are in line with the hospital's goals and vision. - Lead recruitment, retention, and succession planning for both clinical and non-clinical teams. - Cultivate a culture of employee engagement, continuous learning, and high performance. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, NABH standards, and healthcare regulations. - Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. - Supervise HR operations, including HRIS, analytics, and policy implementation. - Collaborate with leadership on organizational change, talent development, and workforce planning. - Uphold high integrity, empathy, and adaptability in all people management practices. Qualifications: - Must have a Masters in HR. - Possess a minimum of 18 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Prior experience in Hospital HR is a must.
