Chief Human Resources Officer

As a CHRO / HR Director at Madre Janus, an MSSP Partner of Fortinet, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the human capital strategy of the company in alignment with business objectives and growth trajectory. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, compliance, and culture enhancement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Supervise the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and immersive experience from recruitment to exit. - Establish a robust employer brand to attract the best cybersecurity and IT talent. - Devise and implement learning and development programs to foster employee growth. - Manage performance management procedures, compensation planning, and succession planning. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry best practices. - Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on HR and people-related affairs. - Promote a culture of inclusion, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or technology-oriented enterprises. - Demonstrated ability to scale HR systems and processes in a high-growth environment. - Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy development. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Experience in change management, digital HR tools, and strategic workforce planning is a plus.
