What you’ll doThe CHRO will lead the full people and culture agenda for a multi-function GCC delivering IT, SaaS Products, and Non-IT shared services to group companies and external clients. The role is responsible for managing the growing GCC setup, enabling the scale-up of a new SaaS organisation, strengthening leadership effectiveness, driving capability growth, and ensuring high governance and employee experience.The role also includes direct responsibility for leading and enhancing the HR Shared Services (HRSS) organisation, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
