Madre Janus, an MSSP Partner of Fortinet, headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. We specialize in delivering comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to clients across industries, combining technical excellence with strategic foresight. As we expand our leadership team, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to take on the role of Vice President – Presales.


Position Summary

The Vice President – Presales will lead and manage all presales activities related to Fortinet products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to support the sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between technical teams, sales, and clients, ensuring the right solutions are proposed to meet customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the presales function, including technical solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored Fortinet-based security solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops to clients and partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Fortinet products, staying up to date with certifications, updates, and best practices.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with technically sound and competitive solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Fortinet representatives and internal stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor the presales team, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop presales strategies and enhance service offerings.
  • Provide feedback to product and delivery teams based on customer and market insights.


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in presales roles involving Fortinet products and services.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures, network security, firewalls, endpoint protection, and threat management.
  • Fortinet NSE certifications preferred (minimum NSE4, NSE5+ desirable).
  • Proven track record of successful presales engagements in an MSSP or system integrator environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
