Job Description

As a highly skilled Human Resource (HR) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR functions specifically for IT teams. Your key duties will include hiring top IT talent, engaging employees, managing performance, providing training, and ensuring compliance with HR policies tailored to the technology sector. Your role will involve working closely with IT department leaders to develop HR strategies, streamline recruitment processes, and implement best practices for employee retention and development. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation & benefits management, HR compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports innovation and collaboration. A strong understanding of IT roles, industry trends, HR software (ATS, HRIS), and labor laws is essential. You must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage HR operations in a dynamic IT environment. Requirements Education: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT Management, or related field. Experience: - 0-1 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the IT industry. - Proven experience in IT recruitment, talent management, and HR compliance. Technical Knowledge (Preferred but Not Mandatory): - Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and programming languages (e.g., software development, networking, cybersecurity). - Experience with HR software tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors). Language & Communication Skills: - Strong English proficiency (spoken & written) for effective communication with global teams. - Ability to draft professional emails, HR policies, and reports in English. - Experience in conducting interviews and discussions in English.
