Lead Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and generating high-quality leads to support the business development pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, and social media Contact prospects via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce products/services Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team Maintain and update the lead database regularly with accurate information Collaborate with the teams to improve lead generation strategies Follow up with leads through calls or emails to nurture them through the sales funnel Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead targets Provide regular reports and insights to management on lead generation efforts Requirements Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong relationship-building abilities Goal-oriented and self-motivated Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Persistent, resilient, and adaptable attitude Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in lead generation, telesales, or customer outreach is a plus Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, or lead databases is desirable
