Required Skills & Experience: · Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire-fighting, drainage systems, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) services. · Project Experience : Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience working on MEP works in large scale construction projects. · Software Proficiency : Experience in using AutoCAD for drawing reviews and markups; MS Office (Excel, Word, Project) for documentation and reporting.
