Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Frontend Web Developer with strong expertise in React, React Native, Next.js, and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in front-end technologies, a keen eye for user-centric design, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web applications that provide an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: Cross-Platform Development: Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js, based on technical specifications, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices. UI/UX Design: Implement user-centric interfaces that are visually appealing, responsive, and intuitive, with a focus on enhancing the overall user experience. API Integration: Work closely with the backend team to understand and consume RESTful APIs as per the requirements of the project. Design & Technical Decision-Making: Make informed design and technical decisions to optimize React and Next.js projects for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Code Development & Testing: Write clean, maintainable application code and unit tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of the application. Version Management: Manage multiple application releases and ensure a seamless, frictionless process for version upgrades. Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Qualifications: Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Engineering from a reputed college. Experience: At least 6+ years of experience in React and Next.js web development with a strong focus on UI/UX design. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Proficiency in writing cross-browser compatible code and implementing responsive designs. Experience with RESTful Web Services and API consumption. Familiarity with testing frameworks and version control systems, particularly Git. UI/UX Skills: A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
