Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Human Resource Management System. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR operations and technology, ensuring seamless HR processes through effective system management.

Key Responsibilities

A) HRMS Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the HRMS platform (e.g., Darwin Box, Turbo Hire,(etc), Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all HR modules
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
  • Process Automation & Optimization

B) Process Automation & Optimization

  • dentify opportunities to automate HR workflows and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades
  • Maintain documentation for HRMS processes and configurations

C) Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management insights
  • Support HR audits and compliance reporting through accurate data retrieval

D) User Support & Training

  • Provide first-level support to HRMS users and resolve queries
  • Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for HR and employee self-service modules

E) Project Management

  • Assist in HRMS-related projects including new module rollouts, integrations, and

migrations

  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants for system customization and support.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree, Human Resource / Information Technology, or related field

(MBA/PGDM preferred)

Preferred Candidate Specification

  • 3-5 years of experience in HRMS administration or HR technology roles
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms

    (preferred experience in Darwin box

will be an added advantage)

  • Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance

management, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and report generation
