Key Responsibilities: HR & Data Analysis: Maintain employee records and databases Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to inform business decisions Develop and maintain databases for HR metrics and reporting Design, develop, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for HR Generate regular MIS reports for management and team leads Analyze and provide insights on HR metrics and trends Automate reporting processes where possible Ensure data accuracy and integrity in MIS reports Team Engagement: Plan and execute team-building activities, events, and celebrations Conduct regular team check-ins and feedback sessions Collaborate with team leads to understand team needs and preferences Design and create engaging content for team communications Develop creative campaigns to promote team activities, events, and initiatives Create visually appealing materials for team engagement and recognition programs Manage and maintain team's social media presence (if applicable) Minutes of Meeting (MoM): Capture and record minutes of meetings accurately Distribute MoM to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner Maintain records of meeting minutes and action items Track progress on action items assigned during meetings Ensure MoM are concise, clear, and actionable Buddy Program: Develop and implement a buddy program for new joiners Pair new joiners with experienced team members for mentorship and support Check-in regularly with new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding Gather feedback from new joiners to improve onboarding process Additional Responsibilities: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for team processes and procedures Collaborate with other teams to support cross-functional initiatives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, data analysis, and team engagement Provide support for team projects and initiatives as needed Manage and maintain team calendars, schedules, and meeting invites Perform other tasks as assigned by management
