About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR – Recruitment & Operations Executive to manage both talent acquisition and core HR functions. This dual-role demands a professional who can seamlessly handle hiring, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle across departments

• Prepare and post job openings on job boards, social media, and career portals

• Source and screen candidates through various channels

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for further rounds

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases

• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

HR Operations:

• Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation

• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data

• Prepare monthly payroll and generate accurate salary slips for all employees

• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax

• Manage HRMS entries and ensure up-to-date employee data

• Handle employee queries and support engagement activities

• Process full & final settlements and ensure proper documentation

• Support audit processes and maintain payroll confidentiality Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in both recruitment and HR operations

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS software

• Excellent communication, time management, and coordination skills • Ability to handle confidential information with integrit
