HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and onboarding processes.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including confirmations, appraisals, promotions, and separations.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance management, leave administration, and HR documentation.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organisational culture development.
• Address employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
• Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee performance management systems and assist in capability-building and training initiatives.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to labour laws and HR regulations.
• Maintain accurate HRMS and employee records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum

  4+ years of professional HR experience

  , preferably in engineering, IT, or outsourcing environments.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and standard HR processes.
