HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive HR with a background in HR-Operations, to manage end-to-end HR operational processes for our GIFT Office. This role plays a critical part in maintaining employee data integrity, supporting audits, and ensuring our HR systems run efficiently while staying compliant with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update employee records.
• Execute employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, transfers, exits, etc.
• Coordinate with IT and Facilities for new hire setup and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate tracking of attendance, leave, and time-off balances.
• Address day-to-day HR-related queries from employees and managers.
• Coordinate with Central team for payroll processing for all employees.
• Collect, verify, and reconcile monthly inputs including attendance, leave.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and personnel data at all times.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR operational efficiency
• Standardize and document workflows and SOPs across HR processes
• Employee engagement for our Gift City Office.
• Maintaining Employee relations in our GIFT City Office

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, and payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS (e.g GreytHR,), and Excel will be added advantage
• Understanding of local labour laws and statutory deductions (e.g., PF, ESIC, income tax).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
