Job Description

Profile Onboarding Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities -
Required Exp : min 1 year
Handling overall process of new employee Onboarding formalities like guiding in documentation and mandatory document checks.
Taking care of orientations and smooth onboarding for all the new joiners.
Updating Human resources data Base on internal software (HR Software).
Ensuring smooth Joining formalities. (Joining forms, Documentation.)
Onboarding on HRMS.
Onboarding formalities of new joiners.
Coordinate for induction and introduction of new employees.
Exit formalities of employees.
Maintaining Files and Records of employees.
New Employee code generation on same day.
Intern code generation.
Create ADP (Automation Data Processing).
Send ADP Details in a particular format of excel to (IT Head) for ADP Activation.
Separation of employees from use of separation tool.
