The Sales Executive for Home Automation is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating sales, and promoting smart home solutions to residential clients, builders, interior designers, and system integrators. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable automation products, and delivering a seamless sales experience.
Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
Follow up on prospects, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, and interior designers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home automation solutions.
Provide after-sales support in coordination with the technical team.
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on home automation trends, smart devices, lighting control, security systems, and IoT solutions.
Maintain a strong understanding of the companys product portfolio and competitive landscape.
Coordination & Reporting
Work with the technical and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
