Lead Generation Agent (Industrial projects BPO)

Join our startup's in-house BPO team for industrial startup lead generation. Qualify prospects interested in small-scale industries (SSI) via calls/emails using provided scripts. Book consultations and earn bonuses on conversions. Full training, daily leads, and CRM access provided. Stable project with fixed seat billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact provided leads interested in industrial startups via phone/WhatsApp/email.
• Understand prospect goals, budget, timeline, and industry preferences; explain our services (project planning, finance, machinery, training).
• Qualify serious leads, schedule expert consultations, and follow up persistently.
• Log all interactions (notes, status) accurately in CRM; adhere to scripts and quality guidelines.
• Maintain professional communication and data confidentiality.

Requirements

• Eligibility: Minimum Graduate (any degree); age 18+; basic computer/laptop with internet.
• Skills: Fluent Hindi( mandatory)/English (speaking/reading); persuasive communication; basic typing/CRM use (training provided).
• Traits: Persistent, target-oriented, handles rejection well; sales/BPO experience a plus.
• Availability: 6-8 hours/day (flexible shifts); commit to team of 5 agents.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
